Yacht Day

The kitchen goes on board.

Lunch, cocktail and, if the afternoon stretches, dinner at sunset. You bring the boat; I bring everything else.

It works with local charters — Devagar, Maré Alta, Trip Up, Wind, Caboges — or any boat with room for a working kitchen. The day's catch bought that morning: fish from Paraty Bay, seasonal vegetables, meat when it fits the menu.

Table service on deck. Breaks wherever the boat stops.
