I've cooked at Jules Verne in the Eiffel Tower and at one of Croatia's top three boutique hotels. I don't run a restaurant. I come to you — the menu is built case by case, the ingredients come from that morning's market, and the experience stays where you already are.

A path through France, Croatia and Paraty

I started at eighteen in Águas de São Pedro, where I was the first woman hired for the hot kitchen at the Grande Hotel. From there I moved to France — Côte d'Azur, the Eiffel Tower, Spoon — then to Croatia. Today I cook in Paraty. French technique, Mediterranean repertoire. I do the shopping myself.
