Private Dinner

One table, one menu, one night.

Two to twelve guests. At your villa, your rental, your inn.

We build the menu by WhatsApp in advance — preferences, restrictions, pace of the evening. On the day, I come to where you are with everything ready to cook, sometimes with help, sometimes alone, always with ingredients bought that morning.

The kitchen is left clean. Service is at the table.

What's included

  • Tasting menu of 5 to 7 courses, built case by case
  • Mise en place, execution, table service and cleanup
  • Ingredients (passed through at transparent cost)
  • Optional: wine pairing, additional staff, guest sommelier

Ingredients passed through separately with receipt. High season and FLIP: 20–40% premium.
